Here is a list of things I usually say to my children daily:

• I love you
• I’m so lucky to be your mommy
• Please
• Thank you
• ___ needs to stop
• Uh Oh
• Would you prefer ___ or ____?
• I hope someone makes me feel special by _____ (holding my hand as we cross the street, giving me a hug, etc)
• Kids who/with  ____ are welcome to/may ____ (get their seat belts on … have a sucker; clean rooms …  go with Daddy, etc.)

What do you say on a regular basis?
