Menu Plan
In an effort to try and save some money and stock up, I am planning on taking the kids to the public school for breakfast and lunch for the summer. Around here they have a Federal funded program for feeding kids during the summer. I used to feel bad using it because I wanted to “save” it for those who really struggle to feed their kids, but then I found out that the program mandates all leftovers be thrown away, and I have a really hard time seeing all that food go into the trash!
Snacks:
cereal
fruit
popcorn
crackers
cake
Dinner:
leftover buffet
chicken enchiladas
tacos
breakfast
out with family (x2)
