    Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred is awesome too. It’s only about 22 minutes, but it’s exhausting – EXHAUSTING – and gets good results. I was really impressed by it – that might be something to try when you’re tired/bored with some of your other workout routines.
    Also, get *light* dumbbells – I was dying with 3 pounders, and I’ve been doing weights for years.

      Thanks so much, I’ve heard that Jillian Michael is hard! I have tons of dumbells, 1 lb up to 15 or 18!! Thanks for the tip!
