For the majority of the creams/salves that I make, I start with this recipe for Whipped Body Butter.  Then I add certain essential oils for different ailments.  Please note that I am not a doctor, I cannot diagnose or cure any diseases.  These are just recipes that have worked for my family and my friends.

 

Ache Cream

1 cup of Whipped Body Butter

10 drops of PanAway

10 drops of Peppermint

10 drops of Valor

10 drops of Lemongrass

 

 

Sleep Cream

1/2 cup Whipped Body Butter

15 drops Cedarwood

15 drops Peace & Calming

15 drops Lavender

15 drops Valor

 

Tummy Cream

4 TBS of Whipped Body Butter

15 drops Di-Gize

1 drop Peppermint

 

Happy Cream

1 cup Whipped Body Butter

10 drops Lemon

10 drops Orange

10 drops Grapefruit

10 drops Lime

5 drops Joy
