Variation:

If you would just like to make a decorative tile, you can tear up decorative paper into tiny pieces.  Cover the tile with Mod Podge and place all of the small pieces of paper on it like a collage.  Print off a picture, cut around it as close to the image as possible and attach it to the tile with Mod Podge.  Seal the tile 4-5 times per directions on sealant!
