Frankincense

This actually sounds a little funny to me now, but it took me a while to try Frankincense.  I think it intimidated me a bit, but not sure why.  Maybe I just held it in such high esteem because it was given to Baby Jesus at his birth.  However, it is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

Of course, I love diffusing it!

I’ve also put it in my facial moisturizer to help even out my completion and to help with aging.

I also have a “fatty deposit” on my back and I applied it on the deposit every day and it is shrinking!

I have added it to my Cel-Lite Magic oil to help tighten my belly and reduce the appearance of my stretch marks.  (One of my friends has had AMAZING results with this!)

My mom diffuses the “morphine bomb” at night and is now able to sleep, something she hasn’t been able to do in years because of pain.  (Frankincense is one of the oils in the “morphine bomb.”)

The

says (pg. 69):

“”Used to treat every conceivable ill known to man,” frankincense was valued more than gold during ancient times, and only those with great wealth and abundance possessed it.”

“Antitumoral, immunostimulant, antidepressant, muscle relaxing.”

“Depression, cancer, respiratory infections, inflammation, immunestimulating.”
