Laziness.

What does laziness look like? Procrastination. Avoidance. Creating unimportant busy work and calling it a priority. Putting off something simple that we know will help us get ahead.

Just recognize that your dream life is waiting for you on the other side of that laziness. So what’s one thing you can do to get past the stalling and start focusing on goals that will really move your life ahead?

One strategy I learned from human-potential experts Dave Braun and Troy Amdahl—authors of the bestselling book, Oola: Find Balance in an Unbalanced World—is to do the worst first: do the stuff you don’t like early in the day so you can move on to the fun stuff quickly. Tackling the unpleasant must-do’s first will free your mind for the activities you’re really passionate about.
