My Pregnancy & Postpartum Must Haves

If I had unlimited funds, I would gift the following things to every pregnant lady I know. These are my favorite items for pregnancy and postpartum. With each child we’ve had, I’ve felt like I’ve been the one who needs more things, since we already have so much baby stuff.

Kindred Bravely has great clothes for pregnancy through nursing. My favorite items are:

*Grow with Me underwear: so comfy, fits under the belly later in pregnancy and I’m still able to wear them almost a year after giving birth

*Ruffle Strap delivery gown: this made me feel human again after giving birth and made nurse check-ups easy.

*Davy Nursing pajama set: Even if I’m not nursing, these are still some of my favorite pajamas. If you know me well, you know how much I LOVE pajamas. 😉

Young Living has so many products, you’d need to contact me for the full list, as I can’t list it all here, but here is my extremely short list:

*Claraderm: I started spraying this on in my last trimester and for a month after delivery. I truly feel like it helped me heal so much faster. I would even spray some on Epsom salts that I put in my bath after giving birth.

*Emotions Kit: I would add almost all of these oils to Epsom salts that I put in my bath starting the last month before delivery, but especially the last 2 weeks of pregnancy. These oils are also good to diffuse during labor and delivery as well.

*Diffuser: Desert Mist is my favorite, but I feel like the Dewdrop is a lot easier to travel with.

*NingXia Red: Great nutrition during pregnancy and nursing, especially on the days where it’s hard to eat. I usually add it to some cranberry pomegranate juice along with Mineral Essence.

Caden Lane has the softest fabric! I seriously have bought the Zipper Footies in my three favorite fabrics in every single size that they offer. They also have some amazing gifts for older kids. Here are my favorite things:

LoveEvery is amazing. We have signed up for the subscription where they send child developmentally toys every other month. Having a degree in Early Childhood, I was so happy when I found this. These toys are right on target. I also love the informational book that comes with each set. All of my kids have enjoyed using these toys to play with their youngest sister.

Sweat and Milk has the cutest nursing sports bras and nursing workout tops. Every time I wear one ot the bras, I get compliments. They are super cute, good luck only choosing a couple! 😉

I’m so glad I found Nursing Queen, as the place where most of my other nursing clothes came from went out of business. I have loved every thing I have bought and plan to continue to wear them even after I’m done nursing. Their customer service is also amazing. I accidently ordered two of the same shirt and they reached out to double check that’s what I wanted before shipping my order!

Eat to Evolve was a life saver for me during pregnancy. I loved Their Grab N’ Gos. They were so east to grab to take with me to eat before I taught Barre Forte lessons. I also really enjoyed a lot of their other meals. Super easy, nutritious meals for pregnancy and nursing. My favorite is the Brisket Mac N’ Cheese.

Cheeky Plum offers super cute kids clothing and accessories. They sometimes will have matching or coordinating outfits for all my kids.

Verb energy and protein bars. These are super yummy and an easy & quick energizing snack if you are okay with consuming caffeine during pregnancy and nursing. Caffeine comes from tea.
