I know, some of you are rolling your eyes at me in disgust!  🙂  However, there are less than 40 days till Christmas!  😉

Christmas

I just went through all of the things that we have purchased throughout the year and organized it all. On paper I wrote down everything that we have already purchased for the kids.  I put their stocking stuffers into tubs (one for each child).

Now, I am ready to make our Christmas lists.

Christmas Lists

When I am making our Christmas lists, I collect all of the pieces of paper that I wrote on when I organized what we had and I get the “Gift Idea” sheet from our Homemaking binder. I then talk with my husband and we figure out what we want to get the kids.  I write these items down on the bottom of each child’s paper.  I really like the idea of each child getting three presents (from us), just like Jesus got. I then make a list and send it to relatives of things that we would all like for Christmas. I keep the list of things that I have and still need to get in my purse, so that I have it available if I see something when I’m out and about.

This Year

I already have/ordered all of the items for their Christmas Eve present.

Things Left to Do:

• stocking stuffers for the boys & husband
• 2 more Santa presents (waiting on good deals)
• 2 more baby presents
• a few more teacher presents
• baking
• order baby’s stocking from Personalization Mall
