Homemade Holiday Wintermint Foot Soak
This would make a fantastic gift for someone who is on their feet all day long! I’m planning on making these for my daughter’s dance teachers! Foot soaks are also a good body detox. To use, fill a large bowl (big enough for both feet to fit in) with water that is as hot as you can stand it. Put half a cup of the foot soak mixture into the bowl and swirl until it dissolves. Place feet in the bowl and soak feet for 20 minutes.
What You Will Need
Natural Epsom Salt (I usually get mine in bulk at Sam’s Club)
Young Living Essential Oils: Wintergreen, Spearmint, and Peppermint
Mixing Bowl and spoon
What to Do
- Add 1 cup Epsom Salt to bowl.
- Add in 6 drops of Wintergreen essential oil, 3 drops Spearmint essential oil, and 3 drops Peppermint essential oil.
- Mix to combine.
- Transfer to glass jar with lid.
