Norwex

Have you heard about Norwex yet? I went to a party and fell in love with the products. I am having my own party this week!

Norwex‘s mission is “Improving quality of life by radically reducing the use of chemicals in personal care and cleaning.”

On page 3 of their catalog they say that:

80,000 new chemicals have been created and most haven’t been studied on the impact on human health.
Indoor air can have chemical levels that are 70x higher than outside.
Many of their products clean using only water.
Their products can decrease cleaning time up to 75%.

Their microfiber is 1/200th the size of a human hair. It also has antibacterial micro silver to help clean. Use their cloths dry to dust and wet to clean (with just water).

Proof Is In the Pudding

When I got my order, I took my favorite cloth, the Kitchen Scrubber cloth and cleaned the back of our dining room chairs that had grimy gunk from kids hands plastered on them. I had already tried cleaning them before and I did not have any luck. This cloth quickly and easily (3 swipes) took off all the gunk!

After I got done using the cloth, I set it on the sink ledge to dry. My husband grabbed it to wipe down the counters and stove after he did the dishes. I did not tell him anything about the cloth. He asked me if I bought a new cloth and I said “yes.” He says, “It’s amazing, it’s worth it’s weight in gold.” It even took crayon off of our toilet and bathtub with just water!

Since these cloths make cleaning so easy, it’s very easy to just wipe everything down. My husband grabbed a regular Enviro cloth to remove hand prints from the wall. Before I knew it he’s wiping down chairs and light fixtures.

Today I was getting ready to host a Bible study. With an Enviro cloth, dust mitt and spray bottle, I was able to wipe down two bathrooms (including mirrors), dining room table, and 2 living rooms in less than 10 minutes. I also ran the

while doing this and felt like I got so much accomplished in a very short amount of time.

I also love that these cloths just use water. I bought my three older children their own spray bottle so that they can go to town. They now are calling the chores that they can use the spray bottle with “fun chores.” It gives me peace of mind and gives me more time because I don’t have to closely watch my children as they are cleaning like I did when they were using cleaning products with chemicals in them.

When we moved our dryer plug wasn’t compatible with the outlet in the laundry room. We had to install a new plug. Ever since we moved in, it’s become a necessity to run the dryer twice in order for everything to get dry on almost every load. (Yes we even cleaned out the vent and followed it all the way out of the house!) We have been using the dryer balls and I do not have to run the dryer twice as much as I did before.
