Peppermint
Peppermint oil is one of my favorites. It’s my go to when I have a headache and when I’m having digestive issues! This is also an oil in the Allergy Trio and in the Weight Loss trio!
When I have a headache, I put a drop on my finger and then press that finger on the highest point in the roof of my mouth and keep pressure there for a few seconds. I will put any excess on my temples and behind my ears.
For digestive issues, I use the constipation cream (which is really a digestive cream, it also works for us when we have the opposite problem!) 😉 If I still need some relief, I will put a couple of drops in a capsule along with lots of coconut oil.
