Shopping 5/6/12
Well I have completely blown our grocery budget! I got back some blood work results and my doctor has put me on a new diet, so I’ve had to buy some staples all at once!
Dillon’s: $53.24; 21 items; total savings $11.16 (18%)
(as well as spending over $100 online for coconut oil, protein powder, raw honey, coconut flour, & almond flour)

Menu Plan
Breakfast:
(I will be having eggs, bacon, ham/egg cup,& homemade protein bars)
cereal & bananas (x3)
oatmeal & juice (x2)
Lunch:
(I will be having: citrus salad, spinach salad, harvest chicken salad, chicken caesar salad, Mead’s corner (at home) salad, lunch meet roll-up, & leftovers)
Sandwiches & fruit (x3)
chicken nuggets, frozen veggies, fruit
fish sticks, frozen veggies, fruit
pepperoni & cheese tortillas, frozen veggies, fruit
leftovers
Dinner:
Greek Style Chicken and salad
grilled chicken and veggies
tacos/ taco salad
ribs
steak with mashed cauliflower
ground beef zucchini
meatloaf with mashed cauliflower
