Ginger

I use ginger almost everyday.  I have found it to be a huge help with my “tummy” issues.  I have put a roller bottle top on it and I make a big circle around my belly button and then I follow with Cel-Lite Magic as a carrier oil.  I have grown accustomed to the smell, but at first it really turned my stomach, however, I have heard, that if an oil smells bad to you, it’s usually an indicator that it’s something your body needs.  That has been the case with me!
