When I freezer cook, I usually put together a few meals a couple of times. To help me save time, I use storage containers to hold the bags.

Time Saver

This saves me time, because if I am making the same dinner three times, I don’t want to have to measure, put it in the bag, put everything down, open another bag, pick up the ingredients, measure again, etc, etc.

This way, I set up my bags in different containers, turn down the top of the bag over the container and then measure and pour.

Containers

I like the big potato salad container for meals with big pieces of meat.

Coffee mugs and kids cups are good for seasoning packets.
