Materials

• ribbon
• scissors
• paper
• hole punch

Steps

1. cut ribbon to desired length
2. punch two holes where you want the bow to be; about 1/8 inch apart
3. put each end of the ribbon through the holes from the front
4. flip your paper over, pull one ribbon tight to the side so that you can fit the end of the other side of the ribbon through the hole
5. pull the other side of the ribbon through the other hole
6. turn over and cut the ends of the ribbon
