Lady Sclareol

, Lady Sclareol is “rich in phytoestrogens, is designed to be worn with its exquisite fragrance.  It enhances the feminine nature by improving mood and raising estrogen levels.  It may also provide relief for PMS symptoms” (pg. 159).

 

I do think this blend smells really good and includes: Coriander, Geranium, Vetiver, Orange, Clary Sage, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood, Spanish Sage, Jasmine, and Idaho Tansy.  Maybe I should try this in my lotion bars or whipped body butter!  😉
