What I Liked/ Want to Try
I have a feeling that I will be reading/referencing this book a lot, it just has so much information!
I really want to try Kefir, I love being able to “drink” my breakfast, I feel like I get so much more accomplished in the morning.
I’d like to see if this Diet really could cure my yeast infections and athlete’s foot!
There are many aspects of this diet that my friend has recommended highly. They have had lots of success with many aspects of this diet.
Lots of the soup recipes! 😉
I learned that you sleep poorly when you are dehydrated and that undigested food becomes toxic!
I really likes how she stressed that everyone is different, so it takes experimenting and time to figure out what works best for you.
What I’m Hesitant About
There were some times I felt like I was getting a sales pitch.
There is so much information I don’t know where to start and am very overwhelmed.
Body Ecology‘s website: I’ve had a little trouble navigating through it, I thought it would be easier to find the information that I want, so I haven’t put in tons of time on their website. Also feels like a sales pitch to me.
Sea vegetables, while I’m intrigued, I’m also very scared!
Seems like a lot to remember (however, lots of things feel like this in the beginning, I know I just need to give it more time!)
