Breathe Again
Oh my, I love Breathe Again, it’s A-Maz-Ing! If you like R.C., then you will love Breathe Again! In my opinion, it’s a must have for the winter season!
Breathe Again is a roll-on, so it’s very convenient and ready to use! I use it whenever I’m having a hard time breathing. I like to put it on the outside, bridge of my nose the best, but if you do this, just be careful that you don’t accidentally get any in your eye (ouch!, trust me, I know, from personal experience! 😉 ) However, the suggested use is to put it on your throat, neck, or chest.
This one is very potent and has the following ingredients:
- Fractionated coconut oil
- Eucalyptus Staigeriana (aka Lemon Iron Bark)
- Eucalyptus Globulus
- Laurus Nobilis (Bay Laurel)
- Rose hip seed oil
- Peppermint
- Eucalyptus Radiata
- Copaiba
- Myrtle
- Blue Cypress
- Eucalyptus Blue
Many of these oils are also good at relieving sore muscles! (Although I’ve never tried it for that!)
I would be very hesistant to use this on children! Eucalyptus can have the opposite effect on very few select amount of children. With any essential oil, always with children, dilute HEAVILY, only try one oil at a time and make sure to watch them carefully for 30 minutes to an hour after applying to make sure they do not have any undesirable reactions.
The
says on page 134: “… all known for their ability to relax airways, make breathing easier, and reduce coughing. In addition, these oils have anti-inflammatory characteristics.”
