Diet Update
If you haven’t noticed, we’ve started introducing more grain back into our diet. When I eat grains I’ve noticed that I want to eat more and I retain a lot more water. I’ve noticed that my kids complain about being hungry sooner after having eaten grains. 🙁 I think we will continue to eat some grains, but really limit how much.
I have not been working out! 🙁
